Refund Policy

1.1. All purchases made through the Website are eligible for a 60-day refund period, subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete the course in its entirety.
• You must actively apply all techniques, strategies, and methods taught in the course, including the Brazilian Sculpting Lymphatic Drainage Massage technique, as well as the marketing and sales modules.
• If, after putting all the strategies into practice during the 60-day period, you do not earn at least the amount you invested in the course, you may request a refund.

1.2. To request a refund, you must provide:

• Evidence of course completion (e.g., progress reports, certificates).
• Documentation showing that you implemented the course teachings (e.g., marketing materials, client records, sales data).
• A detailed explanation of how the strategies were applied over the 60-day period.

1.3. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the required documentation. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

1.4. Refunds are not available for users who:

• Do not complete the course.
• Do not demonstrate active implementation of the course material.
• Fail to provide the required documentation for review.

1.5. Refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Flavia Santi and are intended to ensure that users genuinely engage with the course content and put it into practice.
